Students can select a 100 hour course in Dance in Stage 5 or in a 200 hour elective course at Crestwood. These courses focus on three areas of study performance, composition and appreciation of dance. Each year Dance students prepare a video for the Schools Spectacular.

Dance students form small groups and work together to develop dances for school events drawing from a variety of styles, including:

• Jazz
• Afro-Caribbean
• Aboriginal
• Latin American
• Ballroom
