P&C

The Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) provides a forum for discussion and an opportunity to promote and improve public education. Crestwood High School welcomes the involvement of parents and members of the community in the education of our students and the improvement of the school.

The P and C is 100% funded in two main ways. Firstly a 'P&C' levy is included with term fee accounts. This gives parents/guardians the opportunity to support additional funding for the school via direct payment. The second (and largest component) of funds raised is via the operation of the school canteen. Profitability remains high due in no small part to the unpaid efforts of staff, students and volunteer assistants. The canteen always needs more volunteers, even for 2 hours. The school always has a repair job that needs doing for a handy person.

All parents and interested members of the community are always welcome at P & C meetings held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm in the main office, except during school holidays.

We also have one working bee each term on a Sunday between 8:00am and 12:00 noon.

See the calendar for Working Bee dates.
